Landscape Maintenance,
Design, & Installation
Alpharetta, GA 30004
Weekly Maintenance: A variety of standard packages and customizable plans.

Design/Build: We can create a landscape plan for you from scratch, or work with the ideas
you have already come up with to create the perfect environment for you.

Installation: Just need a few plants to complete your landscape? Need to change the
annuals in your seasonal color beds? Tired of replacing annuals and want to plant more
perennials? Need to replace a single tree or an entire bed? Want to redesign your entire
landscape for xeriscaping, changes in shade due to tree maturation, new additions or
construction? We can install what you need to make where you live right for YOU. We can
solve those drainage issues by regrading and replanting or install that water feature you've
been saving for, but we can also change that broken or leaky sprinkler head or fix improperly
installed or out-of-date irrigation zones.

Pruning: We can tame an out-of -control hedge, get your crepe myrtles ready for spring,
deadhead your flowers, re-shape your topiary, or head back those limbs that are always
touching your home, car, or guests.

Fertilization: We use quality products with minimal negative impact (low salt index fertilizers,
natural products where possible, and organic topdressing to gradually neutralize pH and
add beneficial microbes). Soil testing will tell us what you need, and we'll make it an
optimum habitat for your plants with the least synthetic methods necessary!

Weed Control: It starts with good soil and a healthy stand of turf. We can help you achieve
both. If you mow your own, we'll help you create cultural control. By applying the right
products at the right time, we will help prevent weeds before they germinate, then deal with
individual weeds if they pop up.

Mulching: Minimizing weeds in planting areas begins with proper mulching: At least 3
inches of pine straw or 1.5 inches of bark/shred/chip mulch. Mulch also keeps roots
insulated, prevents evaporation and erosion, and provides organic matter to soil.

Aeration/Topdressing: Aeration is in important part of maintaining soil quality. Using a
CORE aerator, we create more surface area for aerobic microbes to convert organic matter
and minerals/elements to benefit your turf. This process also reduces compaction and
helps decompose thatch BEFORE it begins.

Leveling: Got low or high spots or areas where you scalp your turf no matter how carefully
you mow? Do you have areas where grass won't grow and the ground is black or soggy?
We can apply a coarse sand/compost mix to fill low spots, or install drainage/change grade
if more serious measures are needed.

Spring Clean-Up: Is your landscape ready for spring? Has everything been pruned that
needs it? Is your bermudagrass cut short enough to encourage desirable growth habit? Are
your ornamental grasses ready for the new spring growth?

Autumn Clean-Up: There's a reason we call it "Fall!" Leaves left in place can suffocate grass
and small ornamental plants, and decaying leaves can stain driveways. Why not use those
leaves to boost your soil's organic content? Got downed limbs or plants that didn't survive
the summer? We can remove them.

Turf Remediation/Replacement and Overseeding: Is your turf more weeds than grass? If
your turf is beyond the scope of cultural controls, we can work within your budget to provide
gradual or instant turf change. If you have a bermudagrass lawn and you want year-round
green turf, we can overseed with an annual rye grass that will stay lush and green all winter,
then die out in the summer heat to allow your bermudagrass to thrive. If you have a fescue
lawn, you will need to overseed every year (or every few years, at the very least) to fill in thin
or bare areas.
